Carolinas Hospice
Hospice services are organized, medically-directed care programs for patients in the final phases of a progressive or advanced illness. Home care and support is provided so that patients may live as fully and as comfortably as possible. Hospice services focus on the physical, psychological, emotional, social and spiritual needs of patients and their families and are designed to improve the quality of life during illness, death and bereavement.
