Free blood pressure screenings offered at the Rehabilitation Center, 1925 Hoffmeyer Road in Florence. Volunteer nurses will be available to measure blood pressure and to provide educational materials on how to control high blood pressure. For more information, please call 843.674.2972.
CHS at the YMCA
Wednesdays from 9 am – 11 am (May 14, 21, 28)
Free blood pressure screenings offered at the YMCA, 1700 Rutherford Road in Florence. A nurse will be available to measure blood pressure and to provide educational materials on how to control high blood pressure.
