Heat Exhaustion

Symptoms include:

  • Moist, pale skin
  • Nausea, dizziness and fatigue
  • Muscle cramps

Treatment for victims

  • Move the person to a cool, shady area.
  • Give the person cool water, but no more than four ounces every 15 minutes.
  • If the person is not responding, go to the Emergency Department.

When to call a Doctor

If the person is not responding, go to the Emergency Department via 911 transport.
